Job summary

CorePrint Solutions is seeking a Service Specialist to install, maintain, and repair multifunction printers, plotters, and related devices from leading brands. You will deliver hands-on service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance for a broad range of clients.

This role requires 80–90% travel with up to 30% overnight and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. An associate degree or technical certification, a valid driver's license, and the willingness to pass background and drug

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• 2+ years experience servicing printers, copiers, or large-format equipment.
• Working knowledge of MFPs from HP, Canon, Xerox, Konica Minolta.

Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring, and testing multifunction printers, plotters, and scanners at client locations.
• Performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations for top-tier performance.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or software issues and resolving them efficiently.
• Providing courteous guidance on equipment use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Maintaining communication with Service Manager and Dispatch on schedules and parts.
• Documenting service activity, diagnostics, actions, and equipment condition.
