Job summary

Northern Radiator, a 100% employee-owned company headquartered in Willmar, MN, seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, product information, orders, returns, and inquiries with a professional, customer-first approach.

The role emphasizes exceptional service in a stable, Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities to grow in a long-tenured team. Strong communication and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1 year of equivalent work experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service focus.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional phone support to customers, prospects, vendors, and internal staff.
• Offer product information and assist with order processing.
• Handle returns and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
