Job summary

Standard Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for homeowners and help maintain comfort year-round. You’ll support scheduling, product/service explanations, and accurate documentation from a central Minnesota location.

You’ll join a respected local employer with 96+ years of service, a collaborative team, and ongoing training. This full-time, in-office role offers growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with phones, computers, data entry, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Dependable, patient, and customer-focused.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework or degree is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally.
• Schedule routine and demand service appointments.
• Explain products, services, and membership options.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions.
• Coordinate dispatch of on-call Service Technicians.
• Make outbound follow-up calls.
• Use CRM, Microsoft Office, and other tools.
• Assist with mailings and special projects.
• Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday + Rotating Saturday Mornings

What You'll Do

• Answer iincoming customer calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.
