Northern Radiator, a 100% employee-owned company headquartered in Willmar, MN, seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling calls, product information, orders, returns, and inquiries with a professional, customer-first approach.

The role emphasizes exceptional service in a stable, Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities to grow in a long-tenured team. Strong communication and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 1 year of equivalent work experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong service focus.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must pass a criminal background check.

We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Willmar, Minnesota.

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, prospects, vendors, and internal staff. This role is responsible for providing exceptional phone support, assisting with product information, processing orders, handling returns, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, general education degree or 1 year of equivalent work experience.
• Previous call center experience and knowledge of automotive, heavy-duty truck, or agricultural parts are preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional, composed, and solution-oriented in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
