Job summary

DP Electric Inc. is seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver training programs across the organization, from onboarding to SOP rollout and skill development.

You will own content creation, manage training records in the LMS, and coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure program quality. You will design curricula, facilitate sessions, and monitor training effectiveness, driving employee growth and alignment with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, business administration or related field.
• Four years of experience designing and implementing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers training programs across the organization.
• Creates and maintains training content and curricula with subject matter experts.
• Delivers trainings, workshops, and demonstrations; tracks records in LMS.
