Job summary

Jobot in Southwest Michigan is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects. You will manage field teams, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and work closely with Project Managers to deliver owner-level results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site commercial construction projects
• Strong emphasis on safety, quality, and team leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety-first culture
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily work activities
• Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with project management, owners, and design teams
• Maintain daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation
• Mentor field personnel and foster a collaborative, owner-minded jobsite culture
