Job summary

GPAC in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning performance to meet safety, schedule, budget, and client expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel; managing contracts, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and procurement; and ensuring progress and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial projections.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, quality, schedule, and overall progress.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify potential issues and develop solutions before they impact the project.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure successful execution.
