PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent for the Florida Buildings Group to lead on-site construction across Orlando and Jacksonville.

You will coordinate safety, scheduling, and quality, collaborate with clients, consultants, trades and internal teams, and drive projects to successful completion. Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree in a related discipline.
• 15 years of progressive field supervision experience preferred.
• Successfully supervised a construction workforce.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry operations, materials, specs and methods.
• Ability to coordinate scopes, scheduling and trades with three-week lookahead.
• Interpret cost reports and manage LCRs.
• Understand contract language and mitigate risks.
