Job summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from planning through delivery, ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance.

You’ll build strong client relationships, drive value engineering, and mentor project teams to achieve excellence. Responsibilities include contract administration, safety plan development, managing budgets and schedules, and coordinating subcontracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring preferred.
• Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture by application of health, safety, and environment principles and legislation.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry including building materials, specifications, methods and procedures, codes, and safety/quality practices.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills including budget and schedule management.
• Ability to identify and manage risk and opportunities on construction projects.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management/scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to a medium size construction project.
• Develops and implements the project safety plan and leads health and safety practices.
• Ensures the project is constructed per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
• Negotiates and issues subcontracts, major purchase orders, and progress payments; monitors progress and schedule.
