Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture.
• 1-3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Understanding of drawings, specs, HSE, quality standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contract with select trade partners and supervises portion of subcontract administration.
• Participates in change management and change orders, pricing, processing, and scheduling impacts.
• Maintains project document control and submittal processes (RFIs, shop drawings, as-builts).
• Cooperates with project manager and superintendent on schedule, safety, cost, and quality goals.
• Prepares and supervises progress claims and estimates.
• Coordinates inventory and tracking of materials and equipment.
