PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Bellevue, WA to lead delivery of complex, high-impact projects, build trusted client partnerships, and drive operational excellence.

You will mentor teams, shape safety culture, and deliver innovative solutions in a collaborative environment where leadership makes a lasting difference. Responsibilities include safety program development, design coordination, risk management, and ensuring compliance with quality standards,

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in engineering or construction management.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience with multiple contract delivery types as a leader and mentor.
• 12 months of estimating or related experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of safety and environment principles, procedures and legislation.
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry operations, including materials and methods.
• Experience with diverse project types, delivery methods and sequencing.
• Knowledge of construction laws, building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of collective agreements and labor jurisdiction assignments.
• Understanding of insurance, bonding, and legal requirements.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forecasting project resources and staffing.
• Identifying staffing and hourly labor issues.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains the project safety program.
• Leads site safety inspections and enforces safety standards.
• Coordinates with clients to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Leads efforts to secure new work through estimates and proposals.
• Oversees quality management plan and culture.
• Develops or oversees the Project Execution Plan with the superintendent.
• Coordinates design deliverables and permits, procurement and construction activities.
• Reviews design documentation for completeness and constructability.
• Monitors project performance across schedule, cost, resources, and quality.
