Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
• Knowledge of construction equipment, drawings, specs, HSE, quality, and materials.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal systems; adaptable to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and surveys to manage progress, reporting, and changes.
• Maintain contracts with complex subcontracted scopes and administer subcontracts.
• Review broad contract obligations and assist site manager during startup.
• Review subcontractors' submittals for scope and design coordination.
• Assist with site inspections and witness system commissioning.
• Identify potential risks on project scopes and assist mitigation.
