Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or undergraduate/engineering degree in a related discipline.
• NCSO designation required (IND); enrollment in the Gold Seal program (CDN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with project manager to implement the safety program on site.
• Supervises, directs, coaches, trains, and mentors the project team.
• Communicates effectively with trades, ensures quality, productivity and safety requirements are met.
• Collaborates with project manager and team to manage schedule conflicts and lookaheads.
• Liaises with clients, subcontractors, and site representatives to ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Develops and maintains project schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Maintains strong customer relationships with all stakeholders.
