The role emphasizes safety leadership, schedule and cost control, and coordination with design and trade partners. The salary range is $170,000 to $210,000, with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience with multiple contract delivery types.
• 12 months of estimating or related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, environment, and quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains the project safety program.
• Leads site tours, safety inspections, and ensures compliance with standards.
• Liaises with clients to ensure projects meet quality and safety requirements.
• Leads to secure new work through estimates and proposals.
• Oversees quality management plans and value engineering proposals.
• Coordinates design deliverables and permit processes with stakeholders.
• Monitors project performance: schedule, costs, resources, and risk.
• Forecasts resources and staffing for the project.
