Erickson’s Flooring & Supply seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Chicago-area Addison, IL branch. The role oversees sales, customer service, warehouse and delivery operations, building strong customer relationships for profitable growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, 2+ years of warehouse management, and a hands-on leadership style. ESOP ownership, solid benefits, and a collaborative team await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience required.
• 2+ years of warehouse management experience required.
• Forklift operation ability.
• Regularly lift 20 to 80 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and customer service activity for the branch and drive profitable growth.
• Acquire new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Support branch customers with account management and service.
• Assist walk-in customers with product pickup and selection.
• Manage warehouse and delivery operations, ensure on-time shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking and cycle counts.
• Recruit, onboard, and train branch staff with corporate support.
• Coach staff and enforce company policies and service standards.
