Job summary

Ericksons Flooring & Supply seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Addison, IL branch. You will oversee sales, customer service, warehouse, and delivery operations, building strong customer relationships to drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales experience and 2+ years of warehouse management experience, with a hands-on leadership style. Employee ownership and a supportive corporate team are offered.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in flooring, building products, or wholesale distribution.
• 2+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience serving flooring contractors, installers, or dealers preferred.
• Knowledge of hardwood flooring, sand and finish products, or inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and customer service activity for the branch, building relationships with customers to deliver growth.
• Acquire new business through referrals, networking, and self-initiated prospecting.
• Partner with Account Managers to support sales growth and customer service.
• Assist walk-in customers with product pickup and selection.
• Manage warehouse and delivery operations, ensuring on-time shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
