This role collaborates with project management, field supervision, fabrication, and other trades to resolve issues and maintain up-to-date models as designs evolve. The position emphasizes attention to detail, proficiency with BIM software, and proactive communication across project teams to ensure coordination,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in commercial Electrical BIM/ VDC.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and 3D detailing tools.
• Ability to develop constructable BIM models and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical BIM models to a complete, constructable state.
• Produce clear shop drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Coordinate electrical systems with other trades to resolve conflicts.
• Communicate priorities and changes to project teams and field personnel.
• Ensure drawings reflect design changes and field markups.
