Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing seeks a dedicated operator for the 3rd shift at the Cusseta, AL plant. You will monitor stamping presses up to 1,000 tons, conduct quality checks, and record data in the Plex ERP system to meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities include loading coils, inspecting parts, and ensuring accurate packaging and labeling. Must have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience and the ability to read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and JES specifications.

• Has at least a high school education or equivalent.
