Job summary

Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, People to lead key initiatives across the Alaska Collection. You will drive onboarding, recognition, training, and employee development while overseeing staff housing operations regionally.

This role reports to the Senior Director, People and shapes culture and engagement across Pursuit. You will partner with senior leaders and the People team to ensure a best-in-class employee experience, manage housing programs, and support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a broad-based Human Resource/People role.
• Experience leading a diverse team in multiple locations.
• Experience with a seasonal workforce and hospitality industry.
• Experience developing and leading learning, development and training programs.
• Moderate financial understanding to manage annual budget processes and forecasting.
• Experience payroll, time & attendance practices and collaboration with Accounting & Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of direct reports, driving performance and growth.
• Oversee staff housing operations across your geography, establishing KPIs and annual rates.
• Enhance employee relations, onboarding, recognition programs and training initiatives.
• Partner with geography operations for staffing needs and Talent Acquisition collaboration.
• Serve as the Workday expert and contribute to HR initiatives across the geography.
