Job summary

Paws Up Montana is seeking an Executive Glamping Housekeeper to lead housekeeping for our luxury Glamping accommodations. You will oversee seasonal staffing, pre-opening preparations, and end-of-season transitions, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service throughout the Glamping season.

During the off-season, you’ll supervise organization and preservation of Glamping spaces, collaborating with the Executive Housekeeper while maintaining independent leadership for

Qualifications

• Experience managing seasonal or contract-based housekeeping staff.
• Experience in luxury hospitality environments preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties (standing, lifting, walking).

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal housekeeping operations for Glamping accommodations.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage staff for peak seasons.
• Oversee pre-opening activities, tent setup, linen prep, and supply organization.
• Coordinate opening/closing of Glamping accommodations with the Glamping Operations team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards, checklists, and service quality.
