Pursuit is seeking a Housing Manager to lead employee housing operations for the Glacier Park Collection. You will oversee assignments, occupancy planning, and resident relations while partnering with Operations, People Team, Facilities, and vendors.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, budget management, and continuous improvement to deliver welcoming housing communities that support team engagement and company objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in housing management, property management, hospitality operations, facilities management, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day management of employee housing facilities across the Glacier Park Collection.
• Develop and oversee housing assignment strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate housing placements, transfers, move-ins, and seasonal transitions.
• Maintain accurate housing records, occupancy reports, and agreements.
• Create processes that improve operational efficiency and resident experience.
• Monitor housing capacity and identify future housing needs.
