Kiewit is seeking MB HR professionals to join the Employee Experience team, delivering accurate, responsive HR support across onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience programs. This Tier 2 role applies HR knowledge to resolve requests within policy and service guidance, coordinating with other teams as needed.

The position operates in a high-volume shared services environment supporting employees, new hires, managers, and HRBPs, with in-office attendance in Omaha, NE or Lenexa, KS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional HR experience, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, and employee experience.
• Ability to learn and apply HR policies, procedures, and service guidance.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication; relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding for new hires from pre-start to first week.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and HR teams to prepare for start.
• Coordinate offboarding activities and track completion.
