Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Field HR Specialist, Employee Relations 1 to support a mega-project. This role will be based on a jobsite with travel to other sites as needed, supporting HR needs of field operations and partnering with safety and operations teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing employee relations activities, EEO training, HR compliance, and Leave processes, with a focus on delivering world-class HR services on the project and contributing to talent development and workplace culture

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Degree in Human Resources or related preferred.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Word/Excel/Smartsheet/Teams/OneNote/Outlook/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Employee Relations activities on the project.
• Lead EEO training and ensure HR compliance.
• Oversee Leave Processes for all staff and craft employees.
• Develop and conduct EEO training for staff and supervisors.
• Provide world-class HR services to the project team.
