Job summary

Procore in Austin, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Program Manager on the Employee Experience team to design and scale workplace programs that align with the One Procore culture.

You will lead end-to-end program management, partner with IT, Comms, Talent, and HR, and host live sessions to foster an inclusive, high-performance environment. The role offers immediate start and base pay range 114,400 - 157,300 USD per year, with equity and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in training facilitation and program management.
• Exceptional project and time management with high attention to detail.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Familiar with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace; Workday experience.
• Curiosity for AI tools and practical application to improve efficiency.
• Ability to document and design processes using tools like Smartsheet or Jira.
• Empathy and alignment with One Procore culture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, execution, and strategy for Employee Experience programs.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and operational docs for consistency and scalability.
• Host live program sessions and enablement activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Align with IT, Workplace Experience, Comms, Admins, Talent and HR for dependencies.
• Gather feedback and metrics to measure impact and refresh curricula.
• Identify and automate operational processes within the HR portfolio.
