Job summary

Procore is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to join our Employee Experience team in the US. You will help shape a vibrant, inclusive workplace and support culture initiatives across the HR portfolio.

You will own end-to-end design and execution of programs, partner with global teams, and drive engagement while building scalable playbooks and high-quality experiences for every team member.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in training facilitation and program management.
• Strong project and time-management with high attention to detail.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Experience with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace; Workday.
• Experience creating or refining playbooks, SOPs, and process maps.
• Empathy and culture advocate aligned with One Procore.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, execution, and strategy for Employee Experience programs.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation for scalability.
• Host live program sessions, enabling engagement and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts and business leaders for delivery.
• Work with IT, Workplace Experience, Comms, Talent, and HR teams to align operations.
• Gather feedback and metrics to improve curriculum and delivery methods.
• Identify and optimize processes across the HR portfolio.
