Job summary

Best Choice Products seeks a People & Culture Manager – Fulfillment Centers to lead HR across multiple sites in a hybrid Redlands/Newport Beach footprint. You will shape the employee experience, align with center leaders, and drive workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance.

Ideal candidate brings 5+ years of HR leadership in high-volume environments, fluency in English and Spanish, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with multi-site warehouse, distribution, or similar operations.
• Experience leading HR teams and handling employee relations, investigations, and performance issues.
• Knowledge of federal/state/employment laws; Canadian exposure preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Willingness to travel ~25–35% including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy for fulfillment centers, partnering with center GMs and operations to drive performance and engagement.
• Act as senior People & Culture leader for assigned site, ensuring consistent HR practices.
• Develop warehouse HR capability and coach Operations leadership.
• Advise on employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Plan workforce, staffing, succession, and organizational design for expansion.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and retention.
• Handle complex employee relations while mitigating risk and ensuring compliance.
• Oversee facilities management and safety inspections at location(s).
• Analyze workforce metrics and drive improvements in retention and productivity.
• Support launches, expansions, acquisitions, and organizational transitions with HR processes.
