Job summary

Internet Brands, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for its El Segundo location to support a rapidly growing division.

You will consult with leaders to design HR solutions, coach managers on performance and development, partner with recruitment to attract and develop talent, advise on policies, and use HR analytics to drive improvements while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and/or PHR certification.
• 5 years of HR management experience.
• Strong business acumen and a passion for HR.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Consult with leaders to design HR solutions that support objectives.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee development, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Partner with recruitment and leaders to attract, reward, and develop talent.
• Advise on and ensure compliance with employment policies and handle complex employee relations issues.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment by responding to questions and concerns, proactively addressing issues and advising management on best practices.
• Partner with the HR team in designing and executing activities designed to enrich morale and employee commitment.
• Partner with members of leadership and HR on other activities and special projects.
