Job summary

Insight Global seeks an experienced Consultant Engagement Manager to lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and retention strategies across 1,000+ IG employees supporting Model T and SPS operations.

You will partner with Operations & Experience, Delivery Directors, Program Managers, and Corporate HR to drive engagement, measurement, and workforce health, ensuring strong retention and productive teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in employee engagement or related HR fields.
• Strong understanding of engagement methodologies and retention drivers.
• Experience supporting large, distributed workforces.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engagement programs across IG operations.
• Design and oversee recognition initiatives and milestone celebrations.
• Identify retention risks and implement retention strategies.
• Monitor workforce health and maintain dashboards on employee sentiment.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee concerns and escalations.
• Coordinate with IG leadership and cross-functional partners on engagement strategies.
