Job summary

K2United is seeking a leader for HX Operations in the United States. This role drives employee experience programs, simplifies processes, and partners with Finance, Security, IT, Data, and QA to ensure accurate, compliant operations.

You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and benefits, and implement data-driven improvements to service quality and efficiency across the HX organization. A strong coupling of people leadership and operational rigor is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR, people operations, or employee experience functions.
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS and compliance.
• Design processes from employee perspective, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
• Able to contribute to cross-functional planning and problem-solving.
• Proficient with data, dashboards, reporting, and AI tools while protecting confidential information.
• Clear communication of policies and decisions.
• Build strong relationships with employees, leaders, vendors, and partners.
• Identify risks early and manage dependencies.
• Balance priorities for dependable service and sustainable workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HX Operations team with clear priorities, coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Represent HX on the Business Operations team and help plan and prioritize.
• Coordinate with Finance, Security, IT, Data, QA to align AI-enabled workflows with standards.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement to deliver a consistent experience.
• Simplify processes and remove friction to improve service quality and speed.
• Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and audit-ready compliance.
• Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits with accuracy and fairness.
• Monitor capacity, risks, and service performance to address issues early.
• Use data and AI tools to reduce manual work and improve scalability across HX Operations.
