Qualifications

• Experience leading HR, people operations, or employee experience functions.
• Knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Design processes with accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Use data and AI tools to improve workflows while protecting info.
• Clear communication of policies and compensation decisions.
• Develop relationships with employees, leaders, vendors, and partners.
• Identify risks early and manage dependencies.
• Balance priorities to maintain dependable service.

Responsibilities

• Lead HX Operations with clear priorities, coaching, and accountability.
• Represent HX on the Business Operations team.
• Coordinate with Finance, Security, IT, Data, and QA.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and engagement.
• Simplify processes and remove friction.
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready compliance.
• Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits.
• Monitor risks and service performance.
• Leverage data and AI tools to boost efficiency.
• Ensure scalable operations across HX.
