Job summary

K2United, LLC is seeking an HX Operations Manager to lead the people, systems, and programs ensuring a consistent employee experience. This role oversees HX operations, including recruiting, onboarding, support, engagement, compliance, records, payroll, compensation, and benefits.

You'll work across Finance, Security, IT, Data, and QA to align priorities, manage risks, and strengthen systems that support the business. Emphasis on people-first processes and scalable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR, people operations, or employee experience functions.
• Understand recruiting, onboarding, employee support, engagement, HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, compensation, records management, and employment compliance.
• Design processes from the employee perspective without compromising accuracy, compliance, efficiency, or scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HX Operations team with clear priorities, coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure AI-enabled workflows meet standards for accuracy, privacy, security, and reliability.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee support, engagement, payroll, compensation, and benefits with an employee-centered approach.
