Job summary

Amgen in North Carolina seeks a Manufacturing Training Specialist – Manufacturing Support to lead training strategy, qualification planning, and readiness for ANC-1 and ANC-2 startup. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR, and CI to ensure safe, compliant operations and workforce capability.

This senior individual contributor role requires floor presence, governance of training metrics, CAPAs, and cross‑functional collaboration to optimize startup readiness

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree with biotechnology operations experience.
• 3 years experience with Master’s degree or 5 years with Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in training development and GMP compliance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the training strategy for ANC-1 and ANC-2.
• Own qualification planning and execution; maintain TAP.
• Govern training metrics, readiness, and CAPAs.
• Lead LMS migration planning and adoption.
• Coach frontline leaders on GMP and operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and HR to ensure readiness.
