Job summary

Algolia in New York City is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to shape and continuously improve onboarding, listening, and engagement across the employee lifecycle. You’ll partner with People, IT, Workplace, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to design scalable programs using data, technology, and feedback to improve employee experience from day one through key milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or improving employee experience programs
• Experience designing onboarding programs and using feedback to drive improvements
• Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable recommendations
• Experience partnering with multiple teams to deliver programs and influence outcomes
• Continuous improvement mindset using technology, automation, or AI

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires
• Own the execution and improvement of engagement, pulse, onboarding, and lifecycle surveys
• Deliver timely reporting and actionable insights to leaders and managers
• Develop communications, resources, and action-planning materials for leaders
• Identify opportunities to automate onboarding communications and workflows
