Job summary

Algolia is hiring an Employee Experience Specialist to shape onboarding, listening, and engagement programs. You will partner with People, IT, Workplace, and Talent Acquisition to design scalable experiences driven by data and feedback.

The role emphasizes automation, AI, and continuous improvement to enhance the employee lifecycle and management enablement. You will own end-to-end onboarding, lead engagement surveys, and deliver timely insights to leaders while shaping cross-functional programs

Qualifications

• Experience designing or improving employee experience programs, onboarding, engagement, or employee listening initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills to translate feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for reports and stakeholder updates.
• Experience partnering across multiple teams to deliver programs and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Own and improve end-to-end onboarding for new hires and design programs for first 30, 60, 90 days.
• Employee Listening: Manage surveys, deliver insights, and create action-ready materials for leaders.
• Employee Experience: Analyze feedback to identify trends and translate insights into improvements.
• Automation & Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and leverage AI in programs.
