Job summary

You will lead onboarding, employee listening, and process improvements across People, Talent Acquisition, IT, Workplace, and the business to create scalable, human experiences. You’ll translate feedback into concrete actions, build governance and reporting, and shape strategy while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Deeply employee-centered mindset with curiosity about how experiences are felt by employees.
• Experience designing and operationalizing workflows and programs.
• Strong program management: scope, timelines, risks, and ownership.
• Ability to diagnose root causes and create structured paths forward.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and evolution of employee listening strategy, including surveys.
• Turn feedback into insights with trends, risks and opportunities.
• Combine quantitative data with qualitative feedback to explain what and why.
• Develop narratives and recommendations to move from data to action.
• Partner with leaders to understand data drivers and needs for deeper discovery.
• Create reporting, communications, and follow-up mechanisms for feedback usefulness.
• Establish scalable processes for employee listening and program evaluation.
• Own onboarding experience end-to-end and identify friction points.
