Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating employee lifecycle programs.
• Strong ability to translate feedback into actionable plans.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of Algolia’s employee listening strategy and surveys.
• Turn employee feedback into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Develop narratives and recommendations to move from data to action.
• Partner with leaders to understand drivers behind the data.
• Create reporting, communications, and follow-up mechanisms for feedback.
• Establish scalable listening processes and continuously improve effectiveness.
• Own end-to-end onboarding experience for the first 90 days.
• Design and optimize onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle experiences.
