Job summary

Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) seeks an Employee Excellence Supervisor in the Office of Inclusion to strengthen the employee experience across state government. You will guide major initiatives to support engagement, retention, and organizational health, working with leaders, staff, and partners to bring clarity to complex challenges.

You will lead a small team, shaping strategies, building connections, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience delivering products or services that advance employee engagement, retention, or organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Align priorities across agencies to bring clarity and coordinated action.
• Communicate enterprise goals and objectives through storytelling.
• Produce data-informed reports to support executive decisions and statewide outcomes.
• Build and maintain partnerships to advance enterprise practices.
• Provide leadership and oversight to a two-person team with a focus on growth and high-quality results.
