Job summary

MarketSource is seeking an Employee Support Contractor in Jacksonville, FL to deliver exceptional customer service to employees and manage employee records. The role focuses on accurate data entry, timely responses, and collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Ops leadership to resolve employee issues.

Remote option is available on Fridays, with in-office work the rest of the week; requires strong communication, confidentiality, and a team-oriented mindset to maintain data integrity across HR systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service-related position
• Associates degree or two years of applicable experience in customer service
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, and Accounting preferred
• Strong work ethic, personal integrity and character, positive attitude
• Work in-office in Jacksonville, FL with the option to be remote on Friday

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service experience to employees
• Enter all new hire information to employee record in HRM system ensuring accuracy
• Process data entry updates of personal data, and job data changes
• Process terminations according to state specific requirements to ensure compliance
• Serve as primary contact for employee issues, and resolve payroll and policy issues with a goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution
• Partner with HR, Payroll and Operations Leadership to resolve employee issues
• Use Salesforce case management tool for supporting employee phone and email inquiries
