Qualifikationen

• Relevant work experience in event planning, office management, HR or a similar field.
• An optimistic approach to daily work.
• A passion for making workplaces run well and employees feel taken care of.
• A good eye for event aesthetics, office vibes, and the logistics behind both.
• To be willing (and excited!) to collaborate with others in-person and remotely.
• To love getting to know people and bring social energy to a group.
• Comfort juggling a dozen things at once.
• Have experience planning company events for groups of 50+.
• Can negotiate with vendors and manage a large budget.
• Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Aufgaben

• Look for new and creative ways to keep Workshop a place people are genuinely excited to work
• Help improve operational procedures and guidelines that shape employees’ day-to-day experience
• Organize company events, including quarterly retreats, team building off-sites, monthly office celebrations, and company outings
• Make sure remote employees feel just as connected to the team as everyone in the office
• Book travel for employee events as needed
• Champion a culture that lives up to our values
