Job summary

Everwise Credit Union in Mishawaka, IN seeks a Commercial Relationship Manager to grow and oversee a commercial loan portfolio up to $20 million in revenue, while delivering deposit services and treasury management.

You will collaborate with internal partners for credit approvals, expand relationships with new businesses, and promote Everwise products and services, all while maintaining strong risk controls and profitability for the credit union.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in business banking or commercial lending within the financial services industry
• Excellent skills in commercial financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Relevant certifications or advanced degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a commercial loan portfolio up to $20 million in revenue.
• Prospect and develop new commercial relationships.
• Coordinate with internal partners for credit approval and product introductions.
• Manage treasury services and other Everwise products.
• Ensure portfolio profitability and risk mitigation through robust analysis.
• Engage in community and promotional activities to grow Everwise visibility.
