Job summary

Milhaus in Indianapolis is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to design and execute programs that foster an engaging, inclusive culture across the organization. You will partner with the Sr.

Director of Employee Experience to coordinate onboarding, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, volunteer opportunities, and events. The role supports multiple offices, plans monthly engagement activities, events, and celebrations, and assists with Find Your Flock, culture clubs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in employee experience, HR, event planning, hospitality, marketing, internal communications, or related field.
• Experience planning corporate events or employee engagement initiatives preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding logistics to create welcoming, engaging experiences.
• Facilitate new hire orientation with company culture, values, and employee journey content.
• Analyze new employee surveys and partner with leadership to identify improvements.
• Assist with offboarding processes and maintaining employee experience resources.
• Plan monthly engagement activities across offices and support site-level initiatives.
• Support culture clubs, FYF program, and upcoming communications and events.
