Job summary

MorseLife Health System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to drive engagement, plan events, coordinate recognition programs, and support wellness initiatives.

You will collaborate with HR and leadership to create a positive, connected workplace and deliver meaningful programs for staff across the organization. The role emphasizes logistics management, vendor coordination, communications, and ensuring materials and environments foster a culture of appreciation and professional

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in event coordination or employee engagement.
• Experience coordinating organizational events, meetings, or employee programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture.
• Plan and execute employee recognition programs and ceremonies.
• Coordinate logistics for employee events, including scheduling and vendors.
• Support professional development events and Lunch & Learn sessions.
• Coordinate wellness programs, screenings, and wellness campaigns.
• Assist with internal communications and newsletters.
• Maintain engagement calendars and participation records.
• Oversee vendor quotes, budgets, and purchase requests.
• Coordinate community volunteer activities and partnerships.
• Provide general HR program administration support.
