You will partner with leaders across the organization to ensure events run smoothly, manage logistics, communications, vendor relations, and reporting while fostering a positive, valued workplace.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required; bachelor’s is preferred.
• 2+ years in event coordination, engagement, communications, or HR-related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Manage employee recognition programs and calendars.
• Plan Wellness Week, appreciation weeks, and benefits fairs.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on participation and outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and department leaders.
