Job summary

HR Advantage is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support daily human resources activities on a contract basis for multiple clients. The role covers compliance, employee relations, and program administration across various HR systems and processes.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of HR management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS software.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of HR management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Implements new hire orientation and recognition programs.
• Administers compensation, benefits, leave, and disciplinary processes.
• Handles inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring for open positions; collaborates with managers.
