Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Teammate Experience Ambassador in the Chicago area to support attraction, engagement, retention, and teammate relations. You will partner with Therapists, Operations Leaders and Clinical Directors to coach on Teammate Experience and drive KPIs for retention.

This role requires travel to multiple centers and a strong emphasis on people analytics and program execution. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field with 1+ years in HR leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• 1+ years HR experience including leadership role pertaining to policies and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Support Teammate attraction, engagement and retention.
• Provide coaching and guidance on Teammate Experience matters.
• Monitor center trends and develop center-level insights.
• Travel to centers up to 75% and manage tasks in multiple locations.
• Respond to teammate relations inquiries and support conflict resolution.
• Assist in employee relations strategies andBenefit programs administration.
• Perform miscellaneous HR duties as assigned.
