Qualifications

• Develops direct reports by defining roles and expectations and promoting professional growth.
• Manages team productivity to meet SLA targets.
• Oversees HRIS systems for maximum efficiency across the HRIS infrastructure.
• Provides SME support for Core HR modules and end-user assistance.
• Proactively assesses systems functionality and drives continuous improvement and harmonization.
• Leads process documentation and efficiency initiatives.
• Acts as strategic technical expert for HR systems capabilities and integrations.
• Leads upgrades/implementations with IT collaboration and testing.
