Job summary

Corporate Synergies seeks an Account Specialist to support Sales, Account Management, and Underwriting teams, gaining hands-on experience in client service, account management, and benefits consulting. You will maintain client files, assist with renewals, gather data for reporting, and coordinate regulatory tasks throughout the client lifecycle.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• State Specific Resident Life & Health License is required within six months from date of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date client files/internal systems in accordance with CSG’s standard protocols.
• Support pre-renewal/renewal and wellness activities.
• Coordinate data gathering for reporting efforts (analytical, compliance).
• Assist accounts team with implementation tasks and regulatory disclosures.
• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and track deliverables for Annual Action Plan.
• Interact with carriers and vendors on behalf of the client and the team.
