Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Benefits Account Manager to join our team. You will manage a portfolio of fully insured groups, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

This role offers a hybrid schedule with early Friday office closures and the opportunity to work with a supportive and dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service background and excellent communications skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in customer service or related field.
• Benefits experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business consisting of 70–90 fully insured groups.
• Prepare and present proposals for new and renewal business, focusing on quoting (80% quoting).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions meeting client needs.
• Occasionally travel to client offices as required.
