Job Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and manage existing client relationships in employee benefits.
  • Deliver strategic benefit solutions, drive revenue, and provide exceptional service and consultation on group benefits plans including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
  • Prospect and generate new client leads via networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and proactive service.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop cost-effective, compliant benefit strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, negotiate with carriers, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Handle renewals, enrollments, claims issues, plan changes, and open enrollment support.
  • Stay updated with federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and contribute to sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in employee benefits sales or account management.
  • Active Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Strong knowledge of group benefit products, funding methods, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Familiarity with CRM, quoting platforms, and HRIS/BenAdmin systems is a plus.
