Job summary

KamisPro in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate Account Manager / Client Services Associate to support our Account Management team on employee benefits.

This role focuses on client service delivery, renewals, and benefits administration, with small-group renewal processes and carrier coordination required.

You'll work with experienced managers to manage a book of employer clients and ensure accurate, timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in employee benefits or client service.
• Experience supporting small-group renewals.
• Familiarity with CareFirst, UnitedHealthcare, and Kaiser renewal/implementation processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and Excel/Office skills.
• Interest in a career in employee benefits consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client servicing activities for employer benefit plans
• Assist with small-group renewals, including quotes, renewal comparisons, coordinating carrier communications, and managing renewal timelines
• Support open enrollment preparation and employee communications
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams on plan updates, renewals, implementations, and changes
• Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and client deliverables
• Maintain accurate client records and data in internal systems
